Who we are

This website, amforensics.com, is operated by Forteris Risk and Compliance Group, LLC, doing business as AM Forensics ("we," "us"), 1489 W Palmetto Park Road, Suite 5055, Boca Raton, FL 33486.

What we collect

This is an informational website. It has no accounts and sets no cookies of its own. We collect personal information when you choose to contact us — by email, by phone, or through an inquiry form on this site — in which case we receive whatever you send us (such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message).

Site analytics. We measure how the site is used in aggregate — which pages are viewed and which websites refer visitors to us. Our analytics does not set cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not track visitors across other websites. It reports aggregate measurements only, and we cannot use it to identify you.

Inquiry attribution. If you submit an inquiry form, we record how you first reached us, so that we can understand which pages lead people to contact us. This consists of any campaign parameters in the web address through which you first arrived, the first page you visited, the website that referred you, the date of your first visit, how many times you have visited, and how long you spent on the page before submitting. This is stored in your own browser and is not transmitted to us unless and until you choose to submit a form. It is first-party only: it is not shared with advertising networks and is not used to track you across other websites.

Your choices. You can erase this information at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, or avoid creating it by browsing in a private window. A content blocker or disabling JavaScript prevents both. Neither is necessary to use the site or to reach us — you may always email or call us directly.

How we use it

Information you send us is used to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to perform it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Hosting

The site is served by our hosting provider, which may process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, subject to its own privacy practices.

Retention

Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was sent, and longer where professional or legal obligations require.
